Focused Diagnostic

A defined review of a financial question, decision, or area of concern, designed to clarify the issue and identify appropriate next steps.

Focused engagements may begin around $500.

Ongoing Advisory

Continuing financial analysis and counsel for organizations that need experienced financial judgment as consequential decisions arise, without requiring an embedded executive.

Ongoing advisory relationships generally begin around $4,500 per month.

Fractional Leadership

A deeper relationship in which JWM assumes continuing responsibility for elements of the financial-management function and works alongside ownership, management, accountants, controllers, and other professional advisers.

Fractional leadership engagements are structured for long-term alignment, with scope depending on complexity and the level of involvment required.

SELECTED OPPORTUNITIES

Sometimes our interests become more closely aligned.

In selected circumstances, JWM may structure relationships that include incentive participation, equity ownership, or direct investment. These arrangements are considered individually.
